Description
- POST PREREQUISITE :
- Education/ Academic requirements: Bac + 5
- Required specialty: Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineer
- Required experience: > 5 Years
- Necessary trainings and qualification:
- DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS :
- Responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers and the client
- Control manufacturing and delivery processes
- Supervising daily exercises of Logistic & Procurement team and providing guidance
- Examining client orders, setting conveyance need
- Reporting transportation status to clients if needed and obtaining the required
documents - Leading the Procurement team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's
processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. - Ensure that Procurement team purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the
company strategy and client requirements. - Proactively manages and addresses performance issues in Supply Chain team
members. - Finding cost-effective solutions for supply chain process
- Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable
deals - Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy
- Work closely with Procurement and logistic team to plan and execute end to end
delivery of assigned Initiatives - Collaborating with Procurement Engineer, and Client Service teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistic about the receipt of Goods
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's
services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise. - Determine supply chain KPIs
- Coordinate with Operation& Engineering team
