DESCRIPTION OF THE POST MISSIONS:

• Supervise and coach HSE Supervisors, project engineers and officers.
• Participate in the preparation and improvement of procedures / HSE Instructions and ensure their implementation.
• Participate in Risk Assessment sessions.
• Participate in the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
• Participate in the improvement of the SMI and the HSE culture within the company.
• Perform internal checks, inspections and audits to monitor the implementation of planned project HSE issues, the application of instructions, procedures....
• Monitor  the  HSE  performance  of  the  projects  (KPI,  ...),  identify  trends  and  suggest improvement plans.
• Ensure the preparation and sharing of HSE lessons learned.
• Take part in accident / incident investigation.
• Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with QHSE team to Monitor the regulatory compliance for Company Process and Procedures.
• Establishing audit program in coordination with QHSE Team and review audit findings.
• Attending internal meetings regarding the Company’s QHSE issues.
• Providing support to QHSE team in the implementation of Quality Management system requirements.

POST PREREQUISITE:

• Education/ Academic requirements:  BAC+5
• Required specialty: Any Engineering degree
• Required experience: +-10 Years
• Necessary trainings and qualification:
  • QSE Management
  • NEBOSH IGC
  • ISO 9001, Quality Management System
  • ISO 14001, Environmental Management System • 
  • ISO 45001/ OHSAS 18001, Health& Safety Management System
